Bell Ringers
We will be navigating without our phones throughout the weekend so we will have designated bell ringers to announce when the next activity is about to start. Sign up for 1 or more times to go around the spaces to announce the shift.

This job is continuous through out the weekend. If you see something that needs to be picked up or organized you can accomplish it in that moment. Checking the spaces after a workshop you have been in. Helping a leader out.

Helping our connective directors through out the weekend with small tasks that come up.
7 spots available Photographers
7 disposable cameras will be handed out to our photographers to capture the weekend. An additional shared digital camera will be available too. If folx have their own they are welcome to bring it as well.

Help with various tasks for the Saturday night Coffee House event.

Most of our gatherings will happen very close in proximity. However The Groves Cottage requires a little bit of a walk. We will have designated drivers to pick folx up at the Inn and take them to the Groves.
